Yoga Plus Programmes

Yoga Plus Programmes are designed with you in mind! Combine yoga, relaxation, visualisation and meditation, Reiki, massage and life coaching to help you deal with your life and wellbeing issues. Do you need help with:

  • Back pain and tiredness
  • Poor sleep and insomnia
  • Fatigue, chronic fatigue, ME
  • Work-related stress
  • Achieving a healthy work-life balance
  • Relaxing when you have free time
  • Chronic pain from injury or health issues

    Make time for a consultation to work out how I can help you with a unique combination of yoga, therapy and talking to help you regain your vitality and sense of joy. A typical 12-week programme would involve:

    6 one to one yoga sessions and home practice routines
    6 massage treatments - including Indian Head and Thai Foot massages as well as Ayurveda and Aromatherapy, depending on what is suitable for you
    3 Reiki sessions
    3 coaching sessions

    But you might choose to have weekly yoga classes with just Reiki, or one or two yoga sessions with lots of massage and one hour of coaching! A consultation takes around an hour and will enable you to plan a 12-week personal path to suit you.

    The shorter programmes involve a mix of yoga and therapy which you choose during your consultation with me.
